nksheller @ddpwilson1977 the length laying flat is 37 inches, the waist laying flat is 10 inches, but it is very stretchy. At 5'3" and a size 6-8, I wore them high waisted and they are tight around the waist (which is why I'm selling them!). Hope this helps!!
