Externally the book is in great condition. It is signed by famed jeweler Fred Leighton. Per the Fred Leighton company, such presents were given to a handful of his closest clients at his flagship store in Manhattan. The outer jacket has a thin cover on it. No flaws or defects amongst the pages. There are a few tiny dots along the edges, Please see all pictures as they are part of the description. All measurements are approximate. Comes from a smoke-free home. Cats live here, but they do not interact with any product. I cannot guarantee fur will not transfer onto a piece.
