would you be able to tell me the length of the padded part please.

@hkp72 hi there! the belt size 4.5โ and padding is 10 mm. length x weight x height 23 x 4.48 x 0.75 inches. definitely helps stabilizes core muscles and supports lower back during lifting as well.

@itsblove I'm sorry I don't mean to be a pain, I was wondering just the length of the flowered part without the Velcro strap included. in the video you show the belt and flip it over with the strap secured...I need just that measurement. I hope that makes sense!!??
