Sleeveless, fit & flair. Full layered ruffle skirt with tulle underskirt. Ruffles and tulle chest accent. Zips up back. Chest: about 15” across, waist: about 12 1/2” across, chest length: about 12 1/2” from shoulder to waist, skirt length: about 13 3/4” from waist to plaid hemline. Really cute preppy or punk rock look, depending on styling. Very cool and stylish dress!
