By the Harajuku Mini for Target brand, this is a stretchy, navy blue blazer with vegan leather sleeves, stud details on the shoulders, faux pockets, one button snap closure in front, and fun striped lining. Good pre-loved condition with one small spot on the front that would probably come out with dry cleaning. Cotton/poly blend in a size XL or 14/16 but fits more like a 12/14 in my opinion.
