It has been gently used, it does work wonderfully. I am very tan year round so it's not as safe for me to use with my skin tone. I used it when I was paler and loved it and its results. I still hardly ever have to shave and my hair growth is minimal after using this. With me being so dark in the summer I no longer have a use for it. It's meant for once weekly use and I used it 9 times. All original packaging and parts!
