This is a beautiful vintage folk art figurine with spooky Halloween themed design. Gorgeous colors and incredible detail featuring a smiling witch with Jack o lantern pail and tree branch with bat, flower and birdhouse accents. Her dress has autumn leaves, bats and stars.
