@ellenjannino -! Yes- just yesterday she was in my arms, a newborn in Ireland and now, she’s graduated with her doctorate in Physical therapy and will be married to a kind gentle man who’s going to school for nursing- a really happy, lovely couple but, yes, I can get teary too🌷🌷🌷

@atomicbubble sad sweet- they won’t be local and I have another right behind her getting married in December - so feeling a bit of loss as well- love the boys/partners though, they’re great and I still have two more kids at home so have to keep reminding myself this is what we raise them to be- independent and loving and the job is well done!🌷

I'm getting ready to leave this weekend to celebrate my older sister's 50th bday party on Saturday then, on Monday, I leave with my sister and my dad and stepmom for West Virginia to spend a 4 day celebration of my dad's 80th birthday at a beautiful, historical resort. The bracelet is just perfect for her. She is kind of big boned and loves her horses and I know she will love this bracelet. @modig I just said tell myself to I had to go out and do my final big grocery before I go as I got tons of cooking to do for my husband. I'm making all kinds of different things in individual servings and freezing them so all he has to do with microwave. I have made up individual packages of burgers, pork thin pork chops, steaks Etc simple things that he can cook. He's a terrible cook so I have to keep it easy he also 85 and he is pretty slow

@cathyfrangos it was a wonderful time and we were mostly laughing- it started off rough ( a surprise $65 daily charge for insurance on the car rentals even though my husband had given the rental the required documentation to avoid that fee ahead of time and rented the 3 cars under his name, only one car was covered so an extra $1300 and then of course…

@cathyfrangos - the ending where we slept on airport floors then had a couple days twiddling thumbs trying to get rebooked😬😂- but through rain and sun, we did in fact have a delightful time together!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

@serafinale thank you for thinking of me Nadia- we had our trip to Ireland planned for a couple years and finally worked around Covid- my son was born there and our kids all wanted to visit with their partners so they saved and we saved and we all managed it! A love filled trip!

@serafinale we did a bus tour of one of the Aran islands- the kids biked but it was raining and very hilly😂 I wanted to walk but my husband won me over onto the bus- lovely but didn’t go to Inishmore-I think Dingle and Killarney national park were my favorite of what we saw- rolling hills with sheep and cow as far as the eye could see and thunderous skies to meet them- so very lovely and so very glad we could share as a family!💐
