Good preowned condition - but please note : chip on front base (by pink egg/front walkway), the little boy has chip on cap, little girl chip on backside of base edge. Some of the "leaves" are gone from tree. Also, the Happy Easter greeting on front sign is missing. You could write it on there if you wish as it is blank. Light cord included.
