Has a front zipper and five pocket styling like jeans, and the front hem cuts up in the middle like the DIY skirts people used to make from old jeans in the 70s. The size on the tag says 11/29. And it measures like a 12 or even a little bigger. When it's lying flat it's 16.5" across the waist; 21" across hips; 14" at the shortest point of the hem; about 23" long at the rest of the hem. The bottom edge hasn't been hemmed, but it's not totally raw as there's a line of stitches to keep it from fraying further. Was worn once, only briefly, and washed.
