This unusual skirt is made of lightweight denim fabric and features lengthwise ruching. The waistband is elasticized on the sides. Center back zipper. There’s a drawstring in the hem that can be used to gather the hem, if desired. The photos show the skirt without the hem gathered. The lengthwise ruching is elastic enclosed in a casing. It’s not adjustable, it’s permanently set the way it is. The center front, measured under the waistband down to the hem, is 24”. The sideways hem gathering is adjustable and doesn’t have elastic. It has a drawstring. Marked size 0, but this company has its own sizing system. This skirt isn’t a typical size 0. It fits like a 2 or 4. The mannequin has 26” waist and 36” hips. Waist flat measure unstretched 12 3/4”, stretches to 14 1/2” Excellent gently used condition. From a smoke free and pet free home.
