what size? it says 0 but in description size 2 but really a 9? do you have waist measurements?

@enigma54321 Oh thanks for the question, the 9 was a typo and I fixed it. Added some photos for reference. I'm a 26 in jeans and a size 2-4 now... I put the skirt on (I'm 5'4" - 129 athletic build so my quads and bum are bigger/muscular). I can get the skirt on and zipped up just find but it rides up on me and is a little too tight. I'd recommend it for a true size 0. But thanks for that typo catch :)
