Earthing sandals are designed to keep you grounded to the bare Earth. The sandals have a conductivity strip of carbon (the black strip down the center of the flip flop). The stainless steel lined conductive lace circuit is grounded with a strategically placed copper rivet in the outsole of the sandal. This copper rivet functions as the electron interface, allowing electrons to flow freely between the body and the Earth.
