Handwoven sailor knot collar necklace from New Orleans

Hand-made woven necklace I picked up at an artisan market in NOLA a couple years ago It’s vibrant and stunning! Excellent condition, not even a hint of pilling or unraveling. The only thing to point out is the red color *looks* like it bled onto the yellow at the ends where the ties begin (see photos). It was like this when I bought it though, and no color has actually bled in the time I’ve owned it!
