amberbyers5108 I am not mad at all, I may have come across upset but I am upset for you more than me. You should have your package or refund by now. Please let me know what they do on your end because you blocked me and now they can't respond. If you would like to unblock me so we can get this resolved you will see I am not at all mad at anything you did. Just confused.

amberbyers5108 I also like to keep in contact with my buyers because many times they will get their package a week after the fact and I always feel so much better knowing that they can see I definitely mailed it. Lol! I even included a cute gift with your package.

theholliscloset @amberbyers5108 Assuming support will resolve this issue sooner, than later and I will keep in touch to let you know what comes of all of this. A little gift sounded nice. Glad you received everything on your end. I’m not hopeful I’ll get my money and or the lost item. I apologize for my attitude towards this whole thing, very frustrating and not a good experience. amberbyers5108 They can still go back through our messages and see that we kept in contact and my reciept is in there so I have no doubt whatever they do will be timely! I still am crossing my fingers you get it magically in the next couple days. That was such a weird thing. In all my sales, I have never seen an accidental accept. Soooo strange. And I am not saying you did it. It is just weird!

So because I was so upset with the situation and didn't want either of us to be out anything (money, rating), I went at 8:30am this morning and found a store that had the same purse. I bought it for you and mailed it out this morning. I will get you the tracking. I sent it out with the USPS this morning. So regardless of what happens, you WILL get the purse you ordered.

On my end, they have not paid me for my sale, and it still says 1 star. I will let you know if that changes. amberbyers5108 @theholliscloset Hi!! Did you get your money back? They reversed the 1 star so it shows resolved on my end, but they haven't paid it out to me yet. I have already sent out a second of the bag you wanted so at least you will get one bag hopefully! Two if the other shows up somewhere. I just wanted to check in!
