This Cathy's flower house DIY miniature house is new with open box. It was opened and then I realized that I didn't have a lot of time to put together this little house. As far as I know everything is there to build this little house. Please refer to pictures. It does have the instructions It also includes button cells, liquid glue ,pigment, two lithium batteries, and also a box for the batteries. And the batteries power and LED light. I believe that all of the fixture and everything are there and including the signs and everything that you need for this cute house is there. There are some things that you do need and it is in the instruction manual. This would make a great gift for the crafter in the family. The only reason why I put used down for the description is that it does not have a new open box selection.
