One-of-a-kind beautiful hand-painted silk dress. Flattering high-waisted with ties in the back. There is no size - fits medium to large with plenty of room. Also looks great belted for more fit. This is hand-painted silk and hand made - by Blackfish Studios on Whidbey Island in Washington State. The fabric on the lower part of the dress is a little different from the top (kind of a crinkle texture) - please see photos. Worn only two times. 22 armpit, 21 empire waist, 45 neck to hem.
