Hand-painted Banana Republic over-sized tote/handbag

Truly One of a Kind hand-painted Banana Republic tote bag. Approximately 17 by 15 in, this bag is made from 100% nylon with polyvinyl coating, very durable. Previously a cream white color, this bag has been sprayed gunmetal, roughly sponged black, brushed with bronze and splashed with bright Olive in an abstract design. All techniques used on this bag we're done with spray paint in different methods as this medium is the best for this material, permanently bonding to the bag and settling into the weave. This leaves no possibility of cracking or rubbing off. This bag has espresso colored leather handles with glossy gray metal studs and leather piping which has been painted over. No amount of effort and painters tape could prevent a small amount of paint from getting on the interior of the bag during the creative process as you can see in the photos. This bag is great as a multi-use tote and a Weekender bag. Truly a beautiful piece.
