Handmade vintage 90s dress

This dress is silky smooth and fully lined. With a floral print, this dress is quintessential 90s. Please note, the neck of the dress is missing a toggle that would allow you to adjust the strap to fit your neck. I have it tied in the photo. You could easily attach a toggle or simply cut the fabric to turn it into a tie top. Measurements: Waist: 27-28 inches Hips: 36 inches
