Introducing Ruth Marianna! Ruth Marianna Handler was an American businesswoman and inventor. She is best known for inventing the Barbie doll in 1959, and being co-founder of toy manufacturer Mattel. She is the namesake for this darling dress in fuchsia and gold, sequins and tulle, with plenty of volume and a flexible fit. Tie the shoulder straps into a fabulous statement bow. Dress has an Elasticized back waist and is Fully lined. Quite Voluminous on its own, with its 4 skirt layers, but also Displayed over a small pettiskirt (not included).
