Handmade one of a kind top

This is adorable I sent a design in to an Etsy sewer, its so cute, but he got the length of the arms a little too long, I can't sew.. :( didn't say anything to him, but I never wore it, but somebody should give it a loving home, it wasn't a cheap project, the fabric is amazing, light tan
