this is an absolutely stunning mini skirt! it has the most gorgeous colors and beaded details all over. it fits like a small or small medium and can be adjusted slightly with the ties on the one hip. not sure if the print is a brand or just a print that was on the fabric. either way it's super unique and definitely fitting for festival season

@mandy2041 waist is 15.5", bottom opening 23.5", hips 19.5", top to bottom 15.5". no stretch, zipper side closure. the ties are just to tighten if you're smaller than measurements!
