Handmade light blue post earrings Like New

Very cute post earrings! I think the blue piece is plastic, but I’m not 100% sure. I bought them at a craft fair and I remember the blue piece was repurposed, but I don’t remember the details. They are marked so I can’t say they are sterling silver either. Priced to reflect this. 3/4” wide Smoke-free and companion animal-free home. Shipped in all recycled packaging.
