Handmade floral full-length skirt

This stunningly beautiful skirt appears to be handmade, no labels. The fabric has a satin sheen to it, it’s cold and smooth to the touch. The fabric also has quite a bit of structure to it. Waist is likely 24 or 25”. Exact measurements upon request!
