Handmade cuff and pendant

Handmade cuff and pendant. The only thing I can find marked inside is the name of the artist. I believe the metal he used is copper which he was able to dye into a red color on parts of it. I do not know what the black stones are. The cuff is 6 inches long and 1 1/4 inches wide at the widest part. The flower pendant that is blue is supposed to look like that he told me, and it is 1 inch wide. The black rubber cord is about 19 inches including the magnectic closure I put on it.
