Handmade cottagecore vintage dress

I’m in love with this handcrafted 90s dress! My mom used to make dresses just like this for us girls to wear on Easter Sunday every year. Dimensions are 29x14”. According to Google that is size 3-4T. Very clean, but there are some stains on the back (see images), but I think a bleach pen could take those spots out. Offers always encouraged! 💕🦄🍭
