Handmade cocktail dress, blue with gold accents

This is a beautifully handmade sheath dress in navy blue. The fabric is a little sheer and the sparkly gold lining shows through just enough to catch the light. The sleeves have pleated gold and green accent fabric beneath the blue cap sleeves. At the bottom of the skirt, more of the pleated fabric is sewn in. The pleated fabric is behind a zipper, so it can be let out for more freedom of movement or tucked away for a more formal look.
