Handmade ceramic genie bottle

Very cool awesome find! Vintage handmade ceramic genie bottle/tea pot. Tiffany blue color signed and dated on the bottom. In great condition! Measurements and photos above. I am assuming it is for decor purposes only. I am unsure if you can actually use it to brew tea, but it is ceramic, so possibly. Would be awesome on a shelf or in the kitchen to add a pop of color.could also use as Halloween decor.
