Handmade White Slip or Petticoat with Lace Accent

Handmade really nicely done slip or Petticoat with lace accent and elastic waist band. It's a little heavy to be a slip but I think it was made to go under a skirt to have the lace show. There are a few markings on the skirt part. Since this is handmade the sizing might be a little different, see measurements below. Approximate measurements: 13" waist with no stretch, 32" length to the bottom of the lace
