So hard to describe other than romantic and feminine.  Handmade set made out of linen with rows and rows of ruffles on the top and amazing puffy sleeves with a matching broomstick skirt.  I bought this in a lot of vintage clothing from the 1970's. No size, measurements are approximate and taken lying flat — armpit to armpit is 22” I think it is meant to be worn off the shoulder. Shirt length is 21”, sleeve opening 6”. Skirt- waist 12.5”, length 30”.
