bust and waist measurement? any flaws?

@kittyliang I just added a photo of the only kind of "flaw" with the dress. It's in vintage condition, but there are no rips or stains. Pit to pit it is 19" flat. It has kind of a babydoll waist, and so the waist measurement is the same.
