University of Tennessee Football Wreath I handmade it myself. It is made of Orange and White Checkered Parchment Mesh A UT license plate and mixed football ribbons, including the yard line ribbon. It measures approx. 22" round. This wreath is made to be hung under a porch where it is protected. Or you can hang inside. It does not need to be in direct sunlight or rain.
