Handmade Tropical Maxi Dress

This dress appears to be handmade but I’m not entirely sure. There are no tags anywhere. Very light and flowing. Has been in storage for a bit so it needs steamed or ironed. Has parts of snaps on the inside of the shoulder area probably an accessory at one point. This would be great for the summer or a cruise. Size medium based on the measurements Ptp: 16 inches Shoulder: 13.5 inches Waist: 18.5 inches Length: 50 inches
