Handmade Tropical Halter Maxi Dress from Guatemala

This dress was handmade by a seamstress in Guatemala. I purchased it from her in a small roadside shop in Panajachel, Guatemala. She did sew in her own tag on the back. Dress has a halter tie top. Chest is a one size fits all. Material is very stretchy but it is unknown. Possibly polyester and nylon. Dress is very light weight and flowy. Almost a silky like material.
