Handmade Toddler Dress from Mexico

Never worn or washed. Purchased this is Mexico in hopes I would have a little girl, but I ended up with all boys! No size or tag since this was handmade. I have another one identical in size indicating it would fit a 3 year old. I believe this would fit a 2-3 year old. Such a beautiful and unique dress.
