Handmade Smocked PeterPan Collar Dress, 3T. This is a handmade dress from a small store so there is no tag. It was listed as 3T and my daughter wore it when she was 31/2. It is a beautiful dress in person. Light/thin cotton fabric with a bluish-gray stripe and red and white smocking on the front. Perfect for Easter, spring, memorial day and Fourth of July.
