This adorable ruffled romper is made by myself in the United States. Currently have a ready to ship 12 month. The colors for this romper are a vintage rose themed with accents of lace. Fabric is 100% cotton. Straps are tied into a bow in the back, thru the button holes. The back of the bodice is stretchy with elastic to allow for a better size differential. Happy Shopping.
