Handmade Puffy Heart Brooch Floral & Pearl Design

This came from my grandmother's jewelry box and is absolutely darling. Looks as if it's never been worn and I have no idea who made it nor when. The gold tone heart is the base/frame of this piece and is also very ornate. Surprisingly sturdy!! See the back and you'll know this was handmade with the dense cardboard and glued on pin.
