Handmade Poncho blue/white multi-colored/combo-colored yarn

Pre-Teen,Teenager (medium to large) or small Adult - one Owner: made by my Mother for me. Worn very little over the years. Non-smoking home. Across the top neck opening about 7 1/2”/ but can be adjusted by the pull string. No stains, or rips! Adorned with yarn fringe all around the bottom and two Pom pons on yarn /cord that tightens the neck opening. Vintage mid to late 70’s?
