Handmade Pink Tutu Skirt

Handmade tutu purchased on Etsy for my rehearsal dinner (2015) - only worn that night. Unfortunately it was too tight back then, and definitely doesn’t fit me now. I love this skirt and hope it can go to someone who will love it too. Tule overlay, but not sure what the inner skirt material is. Zip and button closure in back. 24” long 29.5” waist
