I hand make these fascinators🌸 I can do customs & have many others styles you can checkout on fb (Blue Envy Designs) & I can list on here =^.^= I listed this because I think this is a adorable accessory to anything in my closet =^.^= They go on by headband (if you don’t like headbands you can use clips you just slide the headband out and the clips in) I usually sell these at anime & comic cons.
