Handmade OOAK 1950s-style Dress; “Little Bo Creep” size XL

This cottagecore rockabilly dress was handmade by me out of 100% cotton using an authentic 1950s sewing pattern. It has contrasting colorblocked patchwork panels in ditsy calico pattern, finished with cute skully bows to give a gothabilly twist. I made this for myself and some of the seam work in the interior is raw finished, I’m selling these warts-and-all as student level costume projects. That said it has dozens of hours of loving labor, not to mention material costs. I’m pricing it lower than the hours would call for to reflect that this is not a fully professional piece. The size is roughly XL or around women’s 14, the mannequin is set to US 12 and there’s plenty of room in the chest. Flat measurements are pit-to-pit 20”, waist 17” (no stretch), free size hips and 49” length. I’ve never sold my work, I hope this finds its way to a person that can appreciate something whimsical and weird that you can’t buy in a store.
