Handmade • Neon Summer Flower Halter

Neon striped crochet halter top w/ beautiful flower applique at the neckline. The pictures do not do it justice (my camera hated these bright colors!) It is much more beautiful in person. I've included a stock photo of the yarn to give you a more accurate idea of the colors. This top should fit sizes small-medium and will fit a large with a smaller bust.
