Handmade Maxi Skirt with Sash Women’s Plus Size 2XL High Waist Blue

Purchased this work of art skirt from Etsy but the sizing was not correct for me and seller does not accept returns. Never worn, the marks I zoomed in on are from being clipped to the hanger. Will come out with laundering. Beautiful. Comes with quite a long sash that could be worn in the hair or at the waist.
