Hand-made Loose, Flowy Witchy Costume Dress

This is a hand-crafted item, purchased years ago from a vendor at a small, local Ren Faire. Perfect as a costume or for when you’re feeling witchy. Made from crushed velvet, this dress is loose and flowy with enormous bell sleeves. Black with red trim. Size is unspecified, but it has a generous fit and would probably work for a range of body types.
