Date on the bottom is 3/3/98 Artist’s name is hard to read but I think it says “Helen Kemp”It’s heavy and sturdy with a wire handle Nice colors of soft medium blue and creamy beige Bottom is a bit rounded so it doesn’t sit completely flat
