Handmade Leather Purse

I got this purse at a small town fair with local vendors in Groton Massachusetts 15 years ago. It is hand made, hand embossed, and hand painted with vintage metal enclosure/hardware. I do not have the original creator’s information, the stamp in the inner flap is hard to make out but I believe says “HANDMADE BY TOM HARTLEY” I tried finding this man but am coming up short. A very unique and truly one of a kind piece that just needs the right person to love it and show it off. I find the strap is not quite long enough to wear cross body, if you have a smaller frame than me it would probably be fine though!!
