Handmade Knit Pullover Salzburg Buttons

I don't know much about this piece as it was given to me by a friend recently. The buttons read Salzburg (Austria) but I do not see any identifying tags on it. It appears to be knit, maybe handmade. Very warm and thick. Priced low due to lack of knowledge. 22 inches pit to pit 23 inch sleeves 31 inches top to bottom
