Handmade hooded duster coat with dark green and navy plaid. Never worn. Bought at a boutique in China. Sturdy material with a plush, velour lining. Size large, PTP measurements are 42", Hips are 46", and length is 42". Best fits a size 10-12 (possibly a 14).
