scarletl @kassiegee I don't really know what to put in it to show you. I take mine to the farmers market and put fruit, muffins, bread it in....what ever I may be getting that day. It holds that stuff fine. It would not hold something heavy, well it would but it would stretch down. I'll post a pic with my yoga journal in to so you can see size.
